Henry Eyring says that at the end of every day he writes down ways that he has seen the hand of God in his life. It's hard at first but he found that the more he did it, the easier it became. Just like promised in the Bible... the Holy Spirit brought those things to his remembrance. "Count your blessings, name them one by one. And it will SURPRISE you what the Lord has done."
