I’m usually a week late in participating in Bloggy Giveaway’s quarterly carnival, but this quarter I’m on it!
I am a sucker for a great handbag. To me it makes or breaks an outfit, you know? So for this carnival, I’m giving away a not-imported-and-sold-in-Detroit but authentic, East Indian handbag. My Dad brought it back from his last trip to India. It’s handmade with mirrors and beads on silk. It’s absolutely beautiful! Check it out:

I got theatre tickets to go see Mamma Mia and I need a nice purse to go out with instead of my large mom purse.
I’m torn…it would be great to use for those special nights out with my husband. BUT it would also be really neat to use as a holder for my knitting and crocheting accessories…and that would give me a little bit of bling and glamor every time I opened it up.

This would be perfect when we go to New York next month.
One of the few times my hubby and I dine alone is on Valentine’s Day and each of our birthdays. I’d wear this on Valentine’s Day when we go out to eat ALONE!
I would use this anytime I felt like shining.
I would carry it when we go on our Valentine’s Day Date, a nice dinner without the kids.
Since I am just starting to date again after a difficult break up this would be the perfect first date bag. Here is to hoping anyway…

I can’t believe you’re letting that go! I would love to carry it to the opening of my first directing show, which is coming up in April!
Oooh, what a lovely bag. It would go perfectly with my long black skirt and my sequin top so I’d use it for one of the formal dinners on the next cruise we go on. It could easily hang on the chair back, which is something the little clutch I currently use doesn’t do.
I’d like to go to a nice restaurant!

I love ethnic stuff! I am into colorful beautiful items that you just can’t find at the local stores. I would wear it to a special event, for sure-not that I get invited to many events but perhaps a wedding I will be going to next year and parties, New Years etc…
