My mom is a BC survivor and had a friend knit her one of these. She hasn't tried it out yet (still has to stuff it to match her real one), but I work in a shop at a hospital and our sister store sells the silicone prostheses. Those things are heavy and we are constantly having women complain of them being uncomfortable, hot, and causing back pain. Who woulda thunk the answer was an inexpensive (when I say inexpensive--remember the silicone ones are upwards of $300) knitted titbit? I can't believe how creative some people are!
