Knisper! Knasper! Knusper!

I was recently asked me to take a look at Rice Krispies website and give my thoughts. (Yes, I’m on a cereal kick, Aunt Bea!) I have to admit, my first reaction was, “How exciting can a cereal website be?!” (3 days of the flu can make you grumpy.) You know what? It was stinkin’ cool. […]

Go for the Gold

Tying in with my last post.… Are you guys evening cereal eaters? It was kind of an unwritten rule at our house…If you’re hungry, grab a bowl of cereal. I never thought that was an odd thing to do until I went to college. Dorm mates would shake their head and just laugh at “that crazy […]

Special Olympics

I, like so many of you, find myself over-committing. It’s my need to always want to do something new. Yesterday I over-committed myself to the Special Olympics. Which doesn’t even really count as over-committing does it? I absolutely love to give and help others. There is nothing better on this planet than seeing someone’s dreams come alive. […]

Time flies when servers are down

I didn’t realize how long it’s been since I’ve posted…but thinks to Stacey and her “Yaaaaawwwwwnnnn” alarm, I was able to snap back to reality. Work has taken over my life in an unhealthy way this week.  I got all kinds of grumpy on my boss because of it.  I really felt bad, but I’ve […]

Camera Critters — Royal Rivka

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We named her Rivka (which is Hebrew for Rebeccah), meaning Graceful, because even at 9 mos when we got her she was such a lady. She’s still very graceful but is also the old lady of the bunch. She’s 10. Doesn’t she look so regal? In reality she’s the biggest scared-i-cat I’ve ever seen. […]
